In Store Purchases:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days with your original receipt*.

– All returned goods must be in their original state and in resellable condition

– Items cannot be dented, scratched or have any of its original components removed

*You will be required to present a valid photo ID for all returns or exchanges made in store. Information from your ID can be retained in a company wide database to be used only for authorizing returns.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on products that have been sold on Clearance.

Promotional Terms & Conditions: When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Online or Phone Purchases:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase as long as the following conditions are met:

– All returned goods must be in their original state and in resellable condition

– Items cannot be dented, scratched or have any of its original components removed

Refunds may be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. For example, for a purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account.

Please note delivery and or shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store. If it is determined that the reason for your return is due to an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs and refund your original shipping charges; otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the original shipping charges will be non-refundable.
